Fires:    No fires are permitted in the pub/stage area, charcoal burners will be lit in the evening to provide heat, please keep children supervised around burners. No open fires (including fires in disposable BBQ trays) are permitted in the camping field. Bonfires can be made down on the rocky beach, however, people should be cautious because the beach can be dangerous.
Food:    With the exception of breakfast, Food and drink purchased outside of the pub can only be consumed in the camping field (car park for campervans and caravans). Breakfast can be prepared on communal BBQs in the arena, and consumed outside the pub. Food/drink can be purchased in the pub during normal serving times, so bring something for eating/drinking in the campsite.
Campervans/ Caravans:    Large Campervans and all towing caravans will have to ‘pitch’ on the Car Park field. Smaller Campervans arriving after on Saturday will also have to camp on the Car park. Smaller Campervans in the camping field will have to pitch at the bottom of the field.
Equipment:    If you are travelling by bicycle, bus or are walking and require any help with the transport of your camping equipment then please email camping@solsticeweekend.co.uk.
Children:    This is a family friendly festival please be respectful and keep the noise down late at night to allow young children to sleep. To ensure the safety of children; parents/guardians must ensure they know where their children are; they are under your supervision at all times. Children under-eighteen are not allowed to drink alcohol on the festival site, don’t let them, because we won’t.
